Developing Innovative Products
A.I.T. has always thrived on machining parts no one else wanted to do, especially 'small' parts. AIT has the capability to machine parts as small as 0.001"/(25 µ) +/- 0.00008"/(2 µ). This has opened many doors, the largest being resistance welding electrodes and reflow solder tips. Our tips fit all equipment on the market today. Many are custom built for specific needs of our customers applications. Our in-house engineering staff welcomes new challenges. They take pride in working with manufacturers and design engineers on a wide array of applications.

Our Beginnings
A.I.T was founded in 1975. In 1987 the business was moved to the Industrial Park in Mountain View. Since the move in 1987, AIT has added space several times and has a total square footage of 30,000 and approximately 30 employees. With our people's 'can do' attitude the company continues to grow.

Overview
In its 23 years, Advanced Integrated Technologies has become the largest manufacturer of Reflow Solder Tools, Hot Bars and Resistance Welding Electrodes in the world. AIT supplies tools that fit all welding, soldering and wire bonding equipment. AIT also provides contract services of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Micro Resistance welding and Reflow Soldering. Our EDM capabilities include cutting with wire down to 0.001"/(25.4 µ), cutting to tolerances of 0.000080"/(2 µ) zero recast on surface finishes and full 5-axis CNC. AIT also provides full CNC RAM EDM capabilities, burning holes down to 0.001"/(25 µ). AIT's Micro-Welding and Reflow Soldering services is allowing customers to concentrate in other areas and rely on A.I.T.'s years of proven micro-joining experience.
